CSC offers Italian and overseas coffee roasters the support borne from specialist knowledge and skill acquired over 15 years of direct experience in the field, researching and selecting the best green coffee for its associates.
Joining CSC means:

Requirements
For CSC associates, quality is first and foremost a professional and personal value: the recognition of this principle is a fundamental pre-requisite for joining the Associazione Caffè Speciali Certificati – CSC Italia, which is formed as a private Consortium.
Upon specific request roasters, both Italian and foreign, may form part of the Association. They will participate with one or more of their trademarks, which must be reported on the application form, or at a later date, specifying whether it (they) corresponds to the corporate name of the applicant. The Association reserves the right to decide whether the applicant should be admitted with only some of the trademarks in respect of which application has been submitted.
Application forms must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors; if the applicant is Italian, certification from the “Register of Companies” must be attached to the application form; foreign parties must provide an equivalent certificate.
The Board of Directors will, at its discretion, issue a decision within 6 months from submission of the application form. The Board’s decision will be timely notified to the applicant and is immediately effective. The Member will remain associated for the for the year of entry and for the following year.
There is a one-off joining fee in the first year plus an annual subscription each year thereafter.
